Acceptance of Terms

trasonvemi.top provides revenue tracking systems and analytics services for online training programs. Our services include revenue analytics and reporting, student progress monitoring, performance optimisation consulting, compliance reporting, system integration, and ongoing support for educational institutions and training providers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with appropriate notice to our clients. Service specifications and features may vary based on the selected service package and individual client requirements.

User Obligations

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use our services to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services and to promptly update any information that becomes outdated or inaccurate. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Payment and Billing

Service fees are specified in individual service agreements and are payable according to the agreed billing schedule. All prices are quoted in Euros and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by Danish law. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts after appropriate notice. Refunds are provided according to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through trasonvemi.top, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, and proprietary tracking algorithms, are the intellectual property of trasonvemi.top AS or our licensors and are protected by Danish and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services for their intended purpose during the term of your service agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary materials without explicit written permission.

Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

For clients using our tracking services, you are responsible for ensuring that your data collection and sharing practices comply with applicable privacy laws and that you have obtained necessary consents from your users or students.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, trasonvemi.top AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Service Availability and Support

Whilst we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability, and we will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Technical support is provided to clients according to their service agreement terms. Support is available during our business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 Central European Time) unless otherwise specified in premium support agreements.

Confidentiality

We acknowledge that you may share confidential information with us in connection with our services. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and use it solely for the purpose of providing our services. This obligation continues beyond the termination of our service relationship.

You similarly agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information about our services, systems, or business operations that you may learn through our relationship.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with venue in Copenhagen.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision in the future.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe violates applicable laws or harms our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We will provide reasonable assistance in data export and transition according to the terms of your service agreement. Certain provisions of these terms, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability, shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes that materially affect existing service agreements, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer the opportunity to discuss the impact on your specific service arrangement.
